Confusing docstring in initializeController

In facade.py the docstring for the initializeController function has references to "Proxys". This confused me for a while until I realized that the docstring was a copy of the intializeModel function's docstring and should have been changed to reference "Commands". I am trying to learn this stuff and clarity is important to me right now.
