The important part is the docs for the I2C pin connections.

Mark,

You're absolutely right A4 (SDA), A5 (SCL) on the Uno, it turns out there are two sets of SCL/SDA pins. Kinda wild! I started using those top pins to keep the analog pins open. I'll probably add the pins I'm using to the table rather than alter the graphic.

Thanks so much for pull, I'll merge that tomorrow.

This is still listed as an open pull request. Did this get committed yet or are there still issues with i2c in the main branch?

This did get included... totally forgot to close. There are no issues with i2c, there never were, there are just more ways to connect i2c than originally indicated in the main branch. Great catch on the open pull!

I figured it out... I had an Uno R2. R3 added the standalone SCL/SDA connections. Sorry for the confusion!

Right on! I really appreciate your catch though, b/c there are certainly people that have R2 and speciic applications that could use that other i2c setup. Thanks for you help!
