libcec immediately switches the TV back to kodi when changing HDMI input on TV #755

If I change the input on my LG 55C8 to another HDMI port or try to start the Netflix app on my TV kodi immediately switches back the TV's input to kodi.

At 13:39:58 I switched the TV's input from HDMI port 4 (RPi/kodi) to port 1 (PC).
At 13:40:07 I pressed the Netflix button on my TV remote to start Netflix.

In both cases the TV sent a "active source" broadcast, which libcec seems to ignore with a "ignoring the TV's routing change, keeping Recorder 1 (1) as the active source" log message and then sends a "active source" message to the TV which switches the TV back to Kodi.

System: Raspberry Pi 5 running LibreELEC master (Kodi Piers 22.0-RC1 with libcec 8.1.7) connected to HDMI port 4 of an LG 55C8 TV

LibreELEC 12.2 (Kodi Omega, libcec 7.1.1) works fine
