document "null" replacement species as "not specified"

right now, if the city hasn't specified a replacement species or provided any text for a given street segment, the sidebar shows "null" for that field. 

it'd be more informative to show something like "no replacement species specified” - that will clarify the information wasn't/isn't documented by the city
