Override System Proxy Menu

Description

We should add a menu item that allows the user to override the System Proxy 👍

Acceptance Criteria

• Add "Tools -> Override System Proxy" (No need Proxy Settings since we only have 1 submenu item)
• Click ON: Override the system Proxy
• Click OFF: Revert the system Proxy
• If we uncheck the "Override System Proxy at Launch" in the Preference -> At launch, The checkbox ☑️ of the "Override System Proxy" menu should be updated. (OFF State)
• Click on the "Proxy Overridden" badge will show the popover -> Show Correct IP + Port.
