Improve SSL Proxying List UI

Should work together with this bug ticket: #329

Requirement

Merge the Add Domain and Add Wildcard

• Remove Add Wildcard Menu

• Fix the Menu Context (Include and Exclude List)

• In the Add Domain -> It now supports both normal Domains and Wildcard

• Implement similar Logic:

1. If it stars with http:// or https:// -> Extract the Host
2. If it contains any wildcard * or ? -> It's a Wildcard
3. Otherwise, it's a normal Domain

Requirement 2

• Write a Unit Test test the new logic

1. it's a full URL. For example: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/yap-daily-sentences-widget?r=h -> Output: www.producthunt.com
2. Contains Wildcard: For example: *.api.com -> Wildcard
3. Contains a string -> Create a normal Domain

Requirement 3

• When adding new domains or wildcards entry -> Should insert them at the top of the array
