Block List #1: UI

Description

We soon support the Block List because it's in the top 10 most used features of Proxyman macOS.

Acceptance Criteria

• Implement the UI. You can copy the Map Local or Breakpoint Rules and use it for the Block List. It's okay for code duplication to avoid break changes on Map Local / Breakpoint Rules

• Use the macOS app and implement all basic features from the Block Main View:

1. Shortcuts
2. Main Table view with column
3. Mulitple selection
4. Bottom Bar Badge

5. Menu

6. Block List Edit View

7. Make sure you reuse this UI from the Map Local (Wildcard / Regex / GraphQL / Include Subpath)
