Upgrade npm libs

Description

Using Node 16 and performing npm i, we have several issues:

31 vulnerabilities (7 moderate, 20 high, 4 critical)

Acceptance Criteria

• Try to identify what high and critical libraries -> Upgrade to the latest version
• Upgrade MUI React Data Grid to the latest version
• Play around with the app and make sure the app works fine -> No critical features are broken 👍
• Install/uninstall certificate should works as usual
