Automatically Enable SSL Proxying after installing the certificate

Steps to Reproduce

1. Remove all SSL Proxying List
2. Remove the Certificate
3. Make a request https://httpbin.org
4. Click on it -> Click on "Enable SSL Proxying" on the Response Panel
5. The Install Certificate is displayed -> Install it
6. Back to the main app

Current Behavior

• This request httpbin.org doesn't automatically enable SSL Proxying

Expected Behavior

• Should automatically enable SSL Proxying after installing the certificate
• Similar behavior as the macOS version

Acceptance Criteria

• Make sure this feature only works with "Enable SSL Proxying" in the Response Panel, Right Menu-Context of the Request, and the Right Menu-Context of the TreeNode.
• Automatically enable SSL Proxying if the certificate is installed successfully. If the user cancels the installation, do not enable SSL Proxying.
