Description

• This ticket has similar requirements as [Map Local] #3 Map Local Service Logic #207
• It doesn't modify the request/response yet, we will implement in the next ticket

Acceptance Criteria

• Just port the Breakpoint Service (swift) to Typescript
• Make sure BreakpointService works fine with the Breakpoint List View => Able to save the entries to file, sync, load the data, insert, remove, duplicate, ...
