Persist the column state

## Description
The user can reorder and resize the Windows, however, it's reset on the next launch.

We should fix it.

## Acceptance Criteria
- The Column Width and the Column Order should be persisted for the next launch.

## Suggestion
- Introduce the ColumnStateManager, which set/gets the state of particular columns.
- Save the config and retrieve for the next launch
