Export Folder as HAR #156

Since we have already supported the Proxyman Log, we should support the HAR file.
Acceptance Criteria
- Add a Separator, then the "as HAR (HTTP Archive)"
- Work with Folder and Tree Node
- Able to export to HAR file
- When import again, the total flows should be the same
