What is GitHub?

• in the 'stay tuned' admonition box here, I think it would be helpful to link to where these concepts will come up later in the series so that the user can see what you're referencing (ie. '...later in this series in the XX section').
• the references section of this page is a bit sparse, and there are links earlier in the text that aren't included here, could you included all pages linked in this page in the reference section?

Cloning and forking a repo

• I'm not sure why the link formatting for the pre-req concepts looks different here, and it looks like 'command-line shell' is missing a link

- "Cloning and forking are often used together (more on this later). The illustration below demonstrates the operation of a Fork of a remote repository (UPSTREAM), followed by a clone of the newly created ORIGIN." - ^Instead of saying 'more on this later' can you say 'more on this in the XXXXX' section so the user can start to build an understanding of how they are used together, rather than putting a mental 'pin' in that point to remember later?

• can you add an external link for the codeowners docs? I had a hard time finding it from the linked 'requesting a PR review' docs

Github Workflows

• I think it is really helpful to sketch out the typical sequence of events when contributing to an open-source project on github, but I'd suggest changing the terminology here to something not so similar to github workflows, the automated processes that you run with GitHub Actions
• Suggest linking to these docs as well
• (also applies to workflows section in the opening a PR on Github page.)
• the content is helpful, but it can be a bit long and hard to digest from text alone, I think some mermaid diagrams would be really helpful here if you wanted to add a few in (not necessary, just a suggestion to help readability)
