Set up automated testing of environment on different platforms

Following up on #277, it might be worthwhile to set up some additional GitHub actions to do regular testing of the `pythia-book-dev` environment on different platforms (linux, windows, Mac). 

We could set this up as a once-weekly health test, just to see if we can create the environment and import packages.
