Big rename of TestHydro to HydroForces
-name change in sphere reg waves -added some comments for future changes

Big rename of TestHydro to HydroForces. Everything builds and runs fine on my end. If someone else could check this still works on their machine that'd be great.
TestHydro was a placeholder name for this class, and it stuck around way too long. Finally renaming it to HydroForces.
