Test case "Path not found"

@emiltin We should have a test case that tests for a correct reply when there is no connection between two locations.

Background: just fixed a regression where osrm-routed seg'faults when no path is found.

is there a list of status messsages?

added test for other status message. also added preliminary tests of how url params are parsed, but this will likely require more test scenarios to cover encoding, via points, etc.
