Duration of route

Issue 463 was fixed some time ago, but now it is back again, with a vengeance. Route durations are again based on a maximum speed of some 80 km/h, even when driving on the motorway. The routes in my original examples now take even longer.
http://map.project-osrm.org/1rj now takes 40 minutes for 57 km (was 38 minutes) (85,5 km/h on a motorway with maxspeed=130) and http://map.project-osrm.org/1rk now takes 4:06 for 334 km (was 3:55).

Can this be corrected again so that route calculations take the maxspeed from the ways, if available, without an arbitrary maximum?

The route durations have again changed some time ago, with now even stranger results. The first route is calculated with an average of 104 km/h (so faster and more useful), but the second now comes with a total time of 4:37 for 320 km, an average of 70 km/h, where the majority of this route takes motorway.
Other longer routes that are primarily motorway seem to take inexplicaly long and have a very low average speed.

I've tried two other routes:

This route is 97.6 km and takes 1 hour, although about 75% of the road is 130 km/h, 8% is 120 km/h and about 17% is 100 km/h.

This route is 27.6 km and takes 23 minutes, averaging 72 km/h.
72 km/h is ridiculously low on a motorway with no turns or exits, even HGV don't drive that slow,
but it seems to be related to the fact that the maxspeed information is maxspeed=none.

Looking at this data, the first route appears to be displayed with an average speed that is about 20% too low. Can it be that the same is valid for the second route and that OSRM uses 90 km/h as motorwayspeed when there is no information and generally subtracts 20% as penalty?

If so, than IMHO that is a flawed reasoning.
