Improve description for "delete term" and "update term description" interactive tasks

In #663 most of the tasks where converted to be interactive, among others "Delete term without posts" and "Update term description" tasks as well.

Before the link to the complete task lead to the "Term" dashboard page, from which it was clear which term is in question (for example to which taxonomy it belongs to).

Now task is completed from the popover, so the "standard" task description needs to be improved to include the taxonomy name (and maybe other info) so it is clear to the user which term is being deleted / edited.
