Unwrap quotes at cursor: add more symbols

Add these Unicode symbols to Ctrl+Shift+4 (in addition to ' " and others).

Make sure they work correctly with all possible charsets (i'm not sure how Notepad2 internally does unwrapping) - most quotes can only appear in Unicode buffers so it shouldn't "unwrap" wrong symbols in charsets like cp1251.

Current wrap/unwrap implementation does not support Unicode quote chars. Need addition research/re-implementation. Please confirm if this issue has top priority.
