Make Schema name in Infobox interactive

AC:
The Schema name displayed in AutomaticInfobox should open the SchemaEditorDialog if the user has permission, otherwise it should link to the appropriate Schema: page.
Similar to the Schema name logic in SubjectEditorDialog.
