[Feature Request]: Custom Text Box for Graphics Drivers #272

Description
If I use a graphics driver that's not on the list I can't tell people what driver I use. For example: there are new forks of Turnip drivers for Adreno 8xx and I used StevenMXZs Turnip 8xx V15 but its not on the list to select it.
Describe the solution you'd like
Please add a custom text field for Graphics Driver. Select Custom then type in the name of the driver.
