Move current connection update time to the UI settings #418

Is your feature request related to a problem?
At now we have hardcoded socket update timer interval, that will force reconnect connection to the printer.
For rare cases it should be manually controlled by user to apply better network conditions, or even disable auto reconnection to the printer.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add new field to the printer connection settings, to control update timer interval.
- Set as default value current one (2 sec) or set it as 5 sec.
- Value can be entered only in numbers, and for seconds.
- cannot be equal 0
- -1 - will mean that timer is disabled ( no auto reconnection ).
- Add a hint about possible values
- If user change it, reconnect printer with new settings for interval
