LLVM: Add support for compiling lambda functions used in UDF #2284

Only one lambda function per line is supported.
Add compiled test for MAX_VAL output port. (#1780)

This will be needed to compile lambda functions that can
share source lines with other AST nodes and can't
be parsed in isolation.

_gen_llvm_function_body handles only interaction with the rest of the
code framework.
