Client Portal buttons and status not working #3

Hi,
It seems there is a problem with the plugin. See attached snapshot. i have made sure that the IUP and port are open in CSF and the package is active.
but it just shows the below and is never able to verify the status of the server.
RESOLVED: It seems the problem was related the the vps.php file being corrupt. I reuploaded the file and the problem was resolved.
