TL;DR: The CLA bot is configured at the organization level (via cla-assistant.io) and is incorrectly referencing SAP instead of Prime Intellect. This needs to be fixed in the cla-assistant.io dashboard, not in this repository.

Issue Summary

The CLA (Contributor License Agreement) bot is incorrectly assigning contributor IP to SAP instead of Prime Intellect. This is a legal/configuration error that needs to be corrected.

Investigation Findings

After conducting a thorough investigation of the repository, I found:

Root Cause

The CLA bot configuration is stored externally in the cla-assistant.io service, not in this repository. The incorrect "SAP" reference is in the cla-assistant.io project configuration for PrimeIntellect-ai/verifiers.

This happens when:

• CLA configuration was copied from another project (possibly an SAP project)
• The template wasn't properly customized during setup
• Organization details weren't updated when the project was created

How to Fix

Step 1: Access CLA-Assistant Dashboard

1. Go to: https://cla-assistant.io/
2. Login with GitHub (requires organization admin permissions)
3. Navigate to the PrimeIntellect-ai/verifiers project

Step 2: Update Project Configuration

Update the following fields in the CLA configuration:

   irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly

2. Be employed by Prime Intellect or have your contributions assigned to Prime Intellect.

Remove any references to:

• SAP
• SAP SE
• SAP America
• Any SAP subsidiary or entity

Step 4: Verify the Fix

1. After updating, check a recent PR comment from @CLAassistant
2. Verify the badge link shows correct organization
3. Verify the CLA text mentions Prime Intellect, not SAP

Alternative: Disable CLA Bot (If Not Needed)

If the repository doesn't need a corporate CLA (it uses MIT license with individual copyright):
