stream logs of envs into eval tui

imo, one of the last things we are missing for a great multi-env eval experience is streaming logs from environments into the eval tui. i think this is best done by env workers (which live in subprocess) logging to a file and the tui tailing these files (similar to how we have it with the tmux session in prime-rl)
