[Enhancement]: Update to v2 NEX libraries

What enhancement would you like to see?

Update nex-go, nex-common-go and nex-protocols-common-go to their v2 equivalents. This will involve rewriting some of the server code to fit the new APIs, but should bring large stability and connection quality improvements.
