Seems like there's an issue that stucks on menu loading screen, when after the console is reset to apply changed 'connect to network' value. |

It was my console's problem with ISFShax - so should be good to merge after reviews and tests. |

Resolves #43 and (seems to) #21
Changes:
Added Korean (see ko_KR.lang)
Added language changer (a new enum called 'inkay_language' has been added for this, replaces nn::swkbd::LanguageType except on system language related parts)
No addition of language changer related strings, since user should be able to find how to change language
