This is an issue that aims to explain this repository status.

I started this repository in late 2020, hoping to build a tool to help review Pull Requests. Unfortunately it's very complex to make a tool that is as smart as a human reviewer, even if topic is simple. Multiple usecases happened where the tool would consider a change invalid while it was valid.

There is still one unsolved issue: #28 before being able to re-enable the tool on Core repository.
