Ignore task_run_states routes in compatibility checks#34

Cloud's task_run_states API permanently returns 410 Gone after the table was deprecated for ~10 months (CLOUD-3414, PrefectHQ/nebula#11165). Skip these routes in OSS/Cloud compatibility checks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
