False negative for OpenSSL check when installed via Homebrew?

@adbertram has reported that users on OS X who installed OpenSSL via Homebrew have been getting the "OpenSSL not installed" message even though the language service was working for them in the 0.7.1 release. I'll need to experiment to see whether PowerShell works properly with Homebrew installs without the /usr/local/lib path being ste.

Looks like I forgot about this issue when creating #292. @mklement0 discovered that the PowerShell distribution for OS X knows how to find Homebrew's installation of OpenSSL so we need to account for that in the extension logic. I'll close this issue and track the fix over at #292.
