hitting F8 switches to PowerShell integrated and executes there

Issue Description

Here is the video for the issue (all versions are in the video)

Basically, when I hit F8 code switches to Integrated Console and executes there. I expect it to run selection in the current active console. Do i miss something?

@eosfor thanks for reporting this...it looks like when you are switching which terminal is active, vscode.window.activeTerminal is not being updated because we use vscode.window.activeTerminal.name to determine the execution path here

I would love to see this fixed, as it would allow me to start using the vscode as my PowerShell presentation editor again.

I just looked into issues with activeTerminal and everything seems to be working fine, if you can put together a little extension that demonstrates the issue I can look into it more.
