Package VMNetworkAdapter is missing in PSGallery

Steps to reproduce

I am trying to install Validate-DCB which has dependent package VMNetworkAdapter. I always get an error:
PackageManagement\Install-Package : Unable to find dependent module(s) (VMNetworkAdapter)

So I tried to find that package but it is missing:

VMNetworkAdapter exists but is unlisted:

• https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/VMNetworkAdapter

So PSResourceGet does as expected AFAIK. Maybe ask the authors instead, maybe here:
