Add InternalsVisibleTo attributes with assembly strong names to AssemblyInfo.cs files

We should add InternalsVisibleTo in the appropriate way to the AssemblyInfo.cs files in the project (or alternatively put them into the csproj so we can begin reining in the unnecessarily public methods for v2.
