Use PowerShell built in event `PSISERemoteSessionOpenFile`

This apparently has psedit and such built into it. We should look into switching to that since it's already baked into PowerShell.

Might make remote editing more consistent with the ISE - though I've never tried remote editing with the ISE personally.
