Update the help text for 'pwsh /?' with the new name 'pwsh'
This is how it looks now:

NOTE: We need to update the help content for 'Get-Help' too. I have opened issue #5181 to track that effort.


-Help | -h | -? | /?
Shows this message. If you are typing a 'powershell' command in PowerShell on Windows
system, prepend the command parameters with a hyphen (-), not a forward slash (/).
You can use either a hyphen or forward slash in Cmd.exe.

In case you wonder why this is removed. I tried in windows powershell and pwsh on windows, both hyphen (-) and forward slash (/) work.

I was pretty sure I had updated this with my pwsh PR.... LGTM
