* fixed a few yaml syntax issues too
* gdal, libgdal and kealib will conflict if not all installed from conda forge 
goodness this issue doesn't seem to want to go away but atleast the fix is easy once known.
Update jlpalomino fork from earthlab master
Remove default channels, ensure rasterio is importable
Update conda activate instructions
following @mbjoseph suggestions
1 removed `mne` and `nbgrader`
2. moved `tqdm` and `kiwisolver` to dependencies. 

need to explore whether we need kiwisolver. i'm not sure we do

also do we need to install things that are native to conda? @joemcglinchy mentioned scikit is in the base conda install. worth looking into that.
NOTE: this might mean they aren't installed via conda-forge
…rs. Hope to see whether we can pinpoint which package(s) cause issues...

Pin matplotcheck to version 0.0.11
update MPC version for grading
force update envt for geopandas 0.7 & add scipy / xarray
force rebuild of earthpy for the new hub
small update to readme
adding packages needed for netcdf / climate data
regionmask to support spatial subsetting of netcdf files
for raster processing with much less code
