When Tax account is in negative players cannot create shops.[BUG]

Description

In essentials loans are allowed up to -40000 and the tax account has essentials.eco.loan permission, also i enabled loans in the plugin just in case still the same error.

Steps to reproduce

Let the tax account run in negative, try to create a shop.

Expected Behaviour

allow to create a shop... the tax account should be credited with the shop creation fee...

I was expecting the usual it is not our error is essentials error.

Yes i solved temporarily by increasing the Tax account balance.
Only this plugin has this error, the other ports dont so it is not essentials it is the way the plugin talks with either essentials or vault.

I reported it, up to you guys to look into it or be contented to say it is an essentials error

just in case i reported it to essentials too here
