There is an upper limit to the number of dashboards that can be displayed

LemonTable pagination only works for dashboards that are loaded into memory. So even though the API pages through dashboards we have an effective upper limit to the number of dashboards a customer can use in the UI

How to reproduce

1. create 301 dashboards
   2.see that you can't page to the 301st

Additionally it looks like any dashboards that appear past no. 300:

• Stop showing up in search
• Aren't editable any more

Note that after #15031 the limit is 1000 instead of 300, but the next fix should definitely be adding proper support for pagination instead of upping the number beyond 1000.
