Buttons not working after vulcanize

Using version >0.5, paper-button-base is not working after 'vulcanize' (even if it works fine before it).

Vulcanize parameters are: --csp --inline --strip

To reproduce it, link to a button for example with:

It is not even necessary to use the button, when polymer is reading elements the browser shows:

'Uncaught Element name could not be inferred.'

And the site does not work

Did you try updating Vulcanize? I ran into the same issue upgrading and found vulcanize was out of date which caused the problem.

I believe it was this commit that fixed it for me:

Thanks, after updating vulcanize the problem has been solved. (But other ones 'Attributes were data bound prior to Polymer upgrading the element' are showing up :P)
