Very small pull request that promotes Type: Null to a legendary pokemon. Both Type: Null and Silvally are legendary, but only Silvally was listed as such in the API. Used Bulbapedia as a resource: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Type:_Null_(Pok%C3%A9mon).
