Loading a cloud never sets is_dense to false #1003

When loading a point cloud containing NaN/Inf values the is_dense property should be set to false, it is not done.

(further tests on file formats are coming)

My bad, I've written the file manually with NaN instead of nan

Might make sense to make the file reading function case insensitive.
