Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

For users with a lot of posts, Mastodon sometimes throws 422 errors when trying to fetch their profile.

Describe the solution you'd like

The outboxes should be paginated to avoid being too long.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None, this is the standard way of doing it with AP.

Originally reported by xosem@fediverse.blog (their profile is affected by this bug).
