Derivatives of basis vectors and metric coefficients in PEST coordinates

There is one use case where I need first-order derivatives of the tangent basis in PEST coordinates w.r.t PEST coordinates.

The calculus is tedious but straightforward. I'll add these derivatives as a part of a new PR.
