Bookings Driver -> Not updating when resource address changed

If you change the email address on a system, the bookings module does not get the new address and continues to poll the old address.

To resolve this, the booking module in each system needs to be stopped and reloaded.

Recompiling the bookings driver does not resolve the issue.
