Steps to Reproduce and Observed Behavior

right now it’s really annoying to place blocks over small foliage since you have to break it all manually

We should update the block assets to have .replaceable = true so they can be replaced by blocks the player builds.

Here's my opinion:

Foliage should be completely ignored when building and mining. Have it have similar physics to Terraria's foliage.

What if, if you use a shover it ignores it.
So in general if you use the right tool for the block behind it, the replacably block gets completly ignored.
