Fix minidlna init script 

IF extendRoot-minidlna is installed, check if a STOP option is inside the minidlna script. If it does not exist, add that line with the value 01

If that line does not exists, Piratebox won't restart because of order/mounting conflicts.

This is a piratebox only hotfix script which should be included into post install script of extendroot-minidlna
