I looked to this. Regarding creating labels, adding those to uses is documented and is done as part adding or updating members. There appears to be no separate APIs for adding or removing labels.

When adding a label the member is submitted with labels like this:

What does appear to undocumented is:

GET ghost/api/admin/labels/?limit=100&page=1

This method returns all the labels as you might guess, with limit and pagination support. It returns a data structure like this:

I've reported the issue on the official Ghost API docs in case ts-ghost wishes to wait to support the feature until it's documented upstream.
