Changes in plan

Version 0.1.16 would be changed to 0.2.0 without support of syntaxis. All essential functions will work with new data types and return new types. Using of ctsamplen, ctpower, besamplen, bepower will be similar from one side, from another it's necessary to unify work with simple sample size estimation, TOST estimation (like Bioequivalence) and simulations. Like this way work with descriptive statistics, frequencies, NCA, PD and bioequivalence estimation should be in one concept. After structure rewriting work on functionality can be continued.
