Align selected MIRI filter to NIRCam filter using internal catalogs

Included a new parameter for the astrometric_align step in the config file (ref_long_filter), which allows to select a NIRCam band to match a MIRI band using the internal catalogs.

[parameters.astrometric_align.ref_long_filter]  
# select reference nircam long filter to match miri internal catalogs
F1000W = 'F300M' # change to e.g., F770W = 'F335M' 

Then astrometric_align_step.py will search for the selected internal catalog to correct the MIRI WCS instead of using the external catalog.
